FAQS - 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training

300 hour YTTC is an advanced-level practise that requires basic knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Yoga. So it is preferred to have 200 hour certification done before 300 hours YTTC enrolment.

The intensity of Asanas as well as theory is very high as we cover Ashtanga intermediate series as a part of Asana and students are given a lot of assignments to be done every day along with teaching practice.

It is not recommended for a beginner to do this course as it is very intense and needs a few months of practice to go to next level. A beginner can choose to do 200 hours, practice for few months and come back for 300 hours

Ashtanga primary and intermediate series will be covered in 300 hour Yoga TTC along with the teaching practise

Students will be evaluated in every subject based on their teaching capabilities. For some of the subjects we also conduct quiz or written test.
